The Office of Management and Budget is the executive branch office responsible for coordinating the president's agenda with those of the agencies. In doing so, the OMB has a large hand in shaping regulations and agencies' budgets as well as approving and overseeing agency information collection and dissemination, proposed legislation, testimony by agencies and much more.
